This year's going to be bigger and better!

The course is looking better than ever, with loads of vegetative culling to make life easier in the rough stuff by the river. Saturday evening is shaping up nicely with another riverside venue, although in a lively pub this time - it's the place to be in the summer, and I've bagged us the patio by the bar :) We'll be laying on some taxis back to the campsite for those who have sampled a little too much of the fine local brews..!

I'll be posting details of the barbecue menu when that's finalised.

Like everyone else it seems, I'm really looking forward to the event. Will only be my third event ever, and first one away from QP.

Great tournament last year, everything done extremely well (the location, the course, the camping, the party), especially since it was the first Tour event in Shrewsbury.

Sadly, I don't think I'll be making it this year, fatherhood is intervening with my disc golf time. Nice discs though. 8)

For me: getting married the day before I hope is excuse enough for not attending.

You never heard of a Disc Golf Honeymoon!

Trust me, you need to lay down the ground rules about time for Disc Golf from day 1!

Congrats though

Sounds like a great time to come then ... gives a few days for the wife to sort stuff out before the honeymoon, put the presents away etc ... all the things guys don't like doing ;)

Definitely maybe...

Definitely maybe...
Kingsland 2006 was a superb event. Would love to make the trip this year, but can only justify the carbon emissions from my Subaru if I'm bringing both sons. Unfortunately son #1 is currnetly favouring the option of a weekend beach party with all the other High School leavers   :(
