Croydon players registering for BDGA

I took payment of £18 for Touring membership from a Croydon Golfer at the Quarry Park tournament and asked him to fill in the online form so that i had his details, as yet this has not been done so I can't process his membership (and i've forgotten his name!) Does anybody know him, can you chase this up please!

Also does anybody know James/Jim Plumer and Rhys Ellis Jones, I did receive details for these guy's and I have a cheque, unfortunately work wiped my email archive and i lost their details before I could process their memberships - If anybody knows them could they please ask them to resubmit their details
